Cover Smother: Different Means Amazing

Friday, September 11, 2009

Just try pulling this look off. I bet you can't. I know I couldn't. I'd look right RIDICULOUS if I strutted down the street in this get-up. But not Betty Davis. Not back in 1974, when the former wife of Miles Davis released her sophomore album, They Say I'm Different and looked like a funkateer space cadet on the front cover. She looked a woman on a mission, and if you crossed her...well, just don't cross her.
