Audio Vision: Sneaky Sound System Take It Back To The 80's (Again)

Monday, April 16, 2012

So how am I just now seeing this?

Sigh. Hand me my late hall pass on Sneaky Sound System's visual for "Really Want To See You Again"---their third single off of the superb, From Here To Anywhere. Keeping in the spirit of the 80's groove put forth on Anywhere, the Aussie duo give a dazzling kaleidoscopic visual that feels out of time, but is oh so 2012 welcomed. You also have to dig on the myriad of looks Connie Mitchell has in this---she's quite an underrated figure in Pop music as of current.

To me, the whole feel of this video feels like a mash-up of Bobby Brown's "Every Little Step" and the "Pop Goes My Heart" spoof from Music & Lyrics...but maybe it's just the Crazy Mondays talking...
